Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older
provide all customers with quick and friendly service
work together as a team assisting other crewmembers to ensure continuity of service
ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
align with Raising Cane's culture by balancing working hard and having fun
take initiative in daily tasks and responsibilities
comply with all company policies
physically able to perform essential functions including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
effective communication skills
ability to work as part of a team
ability to follow safety and food handling protocols
reliable and dependable work ethic
willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
