Job Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience
high school diploma or equivalent
strong verbal and written communication skills
ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system
ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Job Duties

Maintain outstanding customer service standards
possess solid product knowledge
greet and acknowledge every customer
address customer concerns at POS
reinforce a rewarding customer experience
complete all sales transactions accurately and efficiently
maintain all cash accountabilities at registers
assist in various store operations including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties, and returning products to inventory
assist in processing and replenishing merchandise
participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock
perform work outside specific role as needed
