Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Process cash, credit, and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent hospitality by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and addressing concerns or issues in a polite and professional manner
- Efficiently handle incoming orders, accurately input them into the point-of-sale (POS) system, and coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Familiarity with the restaurant's menu offerings, including meats and accompanying sides, to effectively describe items and recommend additional purchases to enhance the customer's dining experience
- Maintain a neat and organized cash register area, including proper storage of cash, change, and related supplies
- Ability to complete tasks asked for by the management team
