Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Basic food safety knowledge
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve Wingstop menu items according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and workstations
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs
  • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Support leadership and co-workers in daily restaurant operations
