Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol if alcohol is served at the location
- Valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification if required by location
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year of related experience
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Compliance with local alcohol service regulations if applicable, including valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent certification
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift weights up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Operates a cash register or point-of-sale system, receives payments of cash, checks, and charges from customers or employees, makes change and issues receipts or tickets to customers
- Provides the highest quality of service to customers at all times
- Maintains proper security of cash at all times
- Performs significant walking or other means of mobility throughout the shift
- Stands or walks for extended periods exceeding 8 hours as required
- Reaches, bends, stoops, pushes or pulls, and frequently lifts up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Attends work and shows for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Performs other duties as assigned which may differ among accounts based on business necessity and client requirements
