As a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) at Floor & Decor, you will play a crucial role as the first and final point of contact for customers. This position can be either full-time or part-time, offering flexible work arrangements to suit diverse needs. Your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, efficiently processing their purchases at checkout, handling returns and exchanges, and ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied and delighted. The role requires you to operate the point of sale (POS) system accurately and to comply with all company safety and operational procedures.

Beyond transactional duties, Cashiers at Floor & Decor are encouraged to engage with customers by asking about their flooring projects, recommending suitable products, and helping to inspire and excite them about their purchases.
