We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier to join our team. This is a full-time position focused on delivering prompt and friendly service to customers with the goal of exceeding their expectations and ensuring overall satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to interact warmly and professionally with guests, providing assistance whenever needed while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Excellent communication skills are essential to excel in this role, allowing you to handle orders efficiently and address any customer concerns effectively.

As a Cashier at Popeyes, responsibilities include preparing and packaging food products while adhering to stringent cleanliness and quality standards. The role also involves processing payments, managing returns and refunds, upselling and cross-selling menu items where appropriate, and supporting inventory management by unloading and stocking supplies. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player capable of following instructions and adapting to various duties assigned by the Manager on Duty.

This position requires someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn all aspects of restaurant operations, including the ability to work multiple stations. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, kneeling, and proper lifting techniques. Previous experience in a similar customer service or food service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
