Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to perform medium physical work including lifting 10 to 50 pounds
- Availability to work full-time or part-time hours including weekends
- Ability to occasionally travel to other store locations for support
- Willingness to adhere to company safety and operational policies
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- Honest and accountable work ethic
Job Duties
- Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner
- Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase
- Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations
- Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company’s safety processes
- Act and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core values
- Process customers at checkout using the point of sale (POS) system
- Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines
