Job Requirements
- ability to greet guests warmly and maintain eye contact
- capability to learn and recall detailed menu information including allergens
- competency in handling cash card and mobile payments
- proficiency in operating POS systems accurately
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- commitment to provide fast friendly and accurate service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in fast-paced food service environment preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- familiarity with POS systems such as Toast preferred
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- friendly and positive attitude with a customer service mindset
Job Duties
- greet every guest with energy and eye contact even during busy rushes
- take orders accurately and enter them into Toast POS immediately
- know the full menu including ingredients allergens combos and daily specials
- handle cash card and mobile payments accurately
- communicate modifications and special requests clearly to the kitchen
- keep the station clean stocked and guest-ready
- call out order names clearly and confidently when food is ready
- actively help manage the line by informing guests about wait times explaining the menu and guiding decisions
