Job Duties

Drive sales by achieving or exceeding store and individual goals
achieve sales, hourly productivity, average dollar sale, units per transaction, conversion, charge account, and contest targets
use selling skills and customer service standards
develop and maintain customer relationships
participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
maintain company standards for appearance, performance, and grooming
handle multiple customers and projects efficiently
print merchandise tags timely
communicate merchandise needs to management
control merchandise and maintain cash wrap daily
demonstrate professionalism and answer phone calls courteously
