The Head Cashier position is an essential leadership role that carries both supervisory and customer service responsibilities. This role is primarily responsible for positioning cashiers effectively during shifts and supporting them by expediting price checks and approving various transactions like Point of Sale transactions and markdowns across multiple service areas including mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental. Beyond these operational duties, the Head Cashier acts as the first level of escalation for customer concerns, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. This role also involves coaching and training new and existing cashiers, helping them develop their skills with the support of all available training tools. This is not just a cashier role; it is a leadership opportunity within our front-end team with a focus on both operational excellence and people development, ideal for candidates with at least one year of cashier experience who are ready to take the next step in their retail career.

Job Requirements

- minimum 1 year cashier experience
