Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Some hospitality experience preferred
  • Must maintain regular and predictable attendance
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to follow food safety and cash management procedures
  • Ability to work well with others and in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests within 3-5 seconds of arrival
  • Answer phone calls and take accurate orders
  • Process payments accurately through the POS system
  • Deliver completed orders to guests with a friendly attitude
  • Handle and resolve low-level guest complaints
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures
  • Assist with opening and closing restaurant duties
