The Cashier (Customer Service Associate) position at Floor & Decor involves serving as the first and last point of contact for customers, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service.   • Process customers at checkout using the point of sale (POS) system
  • Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines
