Job Requirements

Standing and/or walking 100% of time
ability to lift occasionally up to 40 lbs
ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs
maintain acceptable attendance record

willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

Acknowledge the presence of guests immediately with a friendly greeting
utilize tools to stay organized and communicate daily specials with management
bus tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
restock and organize areas around checkout counters
handle all POS transactions ethically including cash, meal plan, and Cater Trax orders
make accurate change and balance cash drawer after each meal
follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
adhere to cleaning schedules using clean as you go techniques
comply with attendance policies including timely arrival and proper call-off procedures
follow uniform dress code and maintain hygiene
maintain guest satisfaction procedures and work collaboratively with team members
