Employees in this position actively participate in sales promotions and campaigns, and are encouraged to practice suggestive selling to enhance customer relations and contribute to meeting sales targets.

Beyond sales transactions, the role also includes food service elements such as preparing hot food items, brewing fresh coffee, and maintaining condiment bars. Store cleanliness and maintenance are critical, as the employee will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is sanitized, functional, and the store is free from litter. Daily cleaning routines involve sweeping, mopping, and wiping down fuel delivery areas, counters, and food warmers.
