Responsibilities involve ensuring that all orders are handled with accuracy and speed while consistently enhancing the guest experience through a courteous approach including the application of the effective C A R E model to handle complaints. Employees must navigate a fast-paced environment skillfully and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The job demands a high level of personal accountability including excellent attendance, punctuality — arriving five minutes before starting shifts — and flexibility to accommodate varying scheduling needs, including weekends and holidays. The physical nature of the work requires standing and walking for up to 95% of the shift, occasional lifting of items weighing between 10 to 65 lbs, and maintaining uniform and workspace cleanliness. There is also an expectation to assist others, such as helping new team members acclimate to their duties or stepping into different roles as needed, including cooking, frying, cleaning, or maintenance tasks.
