The part-time Cashier role at SNIPES centers on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth operational flow within the store. This role requires the handling of customer transactions efficiently at the point of sale while maintaining brand standards and the overall store appearance. Cashiers at SNIPES are integral to driving sales and achieving store goals by engaging customers with a friendly and knowledgeable approach. Job Duties
- Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding all established store and individual goals
- achieve or exceed all established goals such as sales, hourly productivity, average dollar sale (ADS), units per transaction (UPT), conversion, charge accounts, contests, and brand specific KPIs
- have a complete working knowledge and use of selling skills and customer service standards set forth in company training programs
- develop and maintain relationships with customers through a friendly attitude and excellent customer service
- actively participate in all contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs contributing to the store's achievements
- meet company standards for appearance, performance, knowledge, and personal grooming
- maintain awareness of all sales promotions and effectively handle multiple customers and projects
- ensure consistent control of merchandise and maintain cash wrap daily as directed
- demonstrate professionalism when dealing with customers and answer the telephone in a friendly, professional manner
