The role of a Restaurant Cashier at Wingstop is critical, as it is the position with the most direct guest interaction, shaping the first and last impressions guests have of the restaurant. This position requires a candidate with an outgoing and engaging personality who can greet guests promptly within 3-5 seconds of arrival, take orders accurately over the counter and by phone, and deliver completed orders with a positive attitude and a welcoming smile. The cashier plays an essential part in ensuring the quality of every guest's experience by efficiently handling orders, inquiries, and any low-level complaints with professionalism and a customer-focused approach. In addition to operational duties, the cashier supports the team by maintaining cleanliness, following safety and cash management procedures, and assisting in opening or closing the restaurant.

This role demands excellent multitasking abilities and superb organizational skills to manage order accuracy, customer interactions, and collaborating with kitchen staff simultaneously.   • Must be 18 years or older, high school diploma preferred, some hospitality experience preferred, reliable transportation, ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace, maintain regular and predictable attendance, strong communication skills, ability to follow safety and cash procedures
