Job Duties
- Greet every guest promptly and with a positive attitude
- Answer phone calls and take accurate orders
- Deliver completed orders to guests efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve low-level complaints professionally
- Follow cash management procedures and operate POS system accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and staging of restaurant interior and exterior
- Assist other team members and support team operations
