The position available is a Cashier role within the Food and Beverage department, reporting directly to the Director of Food and Beverage. This role is critical in delivering excellent customer service by efficiently handling transactions and ensuring a pleasant guest experience during live events. The Cashier will be responsible for setting up concession stands, processing customer orders and payments, serving food timely, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at the concession site. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, customer service capabilities, and familiarity with cash-handling procedures are essential for success in this role. Candidates should be prepared to work flexible and sometimes irregular hours based on event schedules. Job Duties
- Set up concession stand prior to opening with condiments, napkins, utensils, etc
- Take customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen
- Operate cash register which includes punching in orders, taking cash/credit cards and giving customer appropriate change
- Organize and serve customers with food ordered in a timely manner
- Establish and maintain positive client/customer relationships
- Clean and maintain concession stands
- Perform other duties as assigned
