The staff member will be hands-on in cooking, preparing, and packaging food and beverages using various kitchen equipment such as fryers, open-flamed gas grills, cooking vats, and food processors. Adherence to strict food safety and sanitation standards is mandatory to ensure that all products served meet high-quality standards.

Additionally, the staff member will be responsible for maintaining adequate stock levels in both the kitchen and service areas, including food, beverages, packaging materials, sauces, and utensils. The role also involves the handling of customer payments with accuracy and professionalism using the cash register system. The cleaning responsibilities are comprehensive and include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, rinsing, and polishing all areas of the restaurant including tables, seats, windows, doors, countertops, and kitchen equipment. Operational knowledge of various kitchen and service equipment is required, including cash registers, fryers, grills, steamers, ovens, slicers, and dishwashers.
