Job Description
Wingstop is a prominent player in the fast casual dining industry, specializing in flavorful chicken wings and related menu items. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Wingstop has established itself as a beloved brand known for its distinctive selection of classic wings, boneless wings, and tenders. Each item is prepared fresh, cooked to order, and hand-sauced and tossed in one of 11 bold and unique flavors, offering customers an unparalleled tasting experience. With a broad menu that also includes signature sides such as seasoned fries and freshly made ranch and bleu cheese dips, Wingstop appeals to a wide range of flavor enthusiasts. The company’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction has made it a favorite destination for wing lovers across the United States and beyond.
Our franchisee is the largest franchisee owner of Wingstop, operating over 100 Wingstop restaurants throughout South Texas, Phoenix, Tucson, New Mexico, Kansas, and Missouri, with ongoing expansion plans. Recognized in the August 2020 issue of Franchise Times Restaurant 200 as one of the biggest franchisee owners in the United States, our franchisee has earned a reputation for excellence, growth, and outstanding service. We are proud to be part of the Wingstop family and invite motivated individuals to join our team and advance their careers in the dynamic and fast-paced food service industry.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about food service and customer experience. As a team member, you will be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values hands-on involvement. Scheduled with a rotating shift to ensure flexibility and balance, the position features many benefits such as closure on major holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter, allowing you to spend quality time with loved ones. Additional perks include free meals during shifts, free uniforms after one year of service, and no curbside or drive-thru responsibilities, focusing entirely on the in-restaurant guest experience.
Joining our team means access to ongoing career and leadership development training, promoting professional growth and advancement opportunities internally. We emphasize a supportive, team-driven workplace culture where every member plays a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Our commitment to employee well-being is reflected in comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401k retirement plan with matching contributions, and paid time off. These benefits aim to support your health, financial security, and overall work-life balance.
Currently, we are scheduling in-person interviews and encourage those interested in a rewarding career with a world-renowned brand to apply. Don’t miss your chance to become part of a company dedicated to serving the world flavor and delivering exceptional customer service in an exciting culinary environment.
