Additionally, the Head Cashier handles first-level escalations of customer issues, providing timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Beyond transaction management, this role includes responsibilities related to coaching and training other Front End Associates. This entails participating in the onboarding of new Cashiers and utilizing available tools to develop cashier skills continuously. Job Requirements
