Crew Members also contribute to team success by cooperating with colleagues, assisting new hires, and adhering strictly to company policies and hygiene standards. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines
- good physical stamina
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95 percent of shift
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- ability to take guests’ orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors
- ability and desire to work in a very fast-paced environment
