Job Qualifications
- Experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred
- food handler certification is required
- strong cash handling skills

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
- greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner whether by phone or in person
- place orders for guests in-person and over the phone
- upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions, along with new items and promotions
- be knowledgeable on menu offerings, sauce descriptions, and promotions to better assist guests in making order recommendations and answering questions
- monitor that all orders are ready within the quoted guest order readiness times
- verify the accuracy and presentation of all guest orders before delivery to guests to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
- strong cash handling skills to accurately process cash, credit card and gift card transactions, and balance of register at end of shift
- assist in maintaining a clean workplace
- keep the front of house clean and stocked
- including restrooms
- restock products during periods of downtime or as directed
- practice safe food handling procedures by following all safety and sanitation guidelines
