The Head Cashier will take on a leadership role supporting and guiding a team of cashiers, fostering an environment of efficiency and professionalism. They will be responsible for positioning cashiers effectively, expediting price checks, approving Point of Sale transactions and markdowns, as well as providing first-level escalation for customer issues. This role requires a proactive individual who seeks product and project knowledge to better inform customers and identify selling opportunities. Additionally, the Head Cashier will actively participate in the supervision, coaching, and training of Front End Associates, including new cashiers.
