Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year cashier experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math proficiency
- availability to work flexible retail hours
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year cashier experience
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- knowledge of Point of Sale systems
- leadership ability to coach and train team members
- problem-solving skills
- attention to detail to minimize shrink
Job Duties
- provide fast, friendly, accurate and safe service to customers during checkout
- process checkout and return transactions
- monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
- position cashiers and support them by expediting price checks
- approve Point of Sale transactions and markdowns for mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental
- provide first level escalation for customer issues
- assist in supervision, coaching and training of other Front End Associates
- participate in the training of new Cashiers
- use all available tools to coach and develop other Cashiers
