Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior retail or cashier experience preferred
Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds regularly
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Reliable and punctual with regular attendance

Job Qualifications

Basic math skills preferred
Prior cashier or sales experience preferred

Job Duties

Process member purchases including verifying, renewing, and upgrading memberships
Scan merchandise accurately using point-of-sale systems
Accept various forms of payments such as cash, check, and charge payments
Provide high-quality customer service to members throughout all interactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the frontline department
Assist members with self-checkout operations and technical difficulties
Uphold club policies, procedures, and GOLD club standards on a daily basis
