Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds regularly
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Reliable and punctual with regular attendance
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases including verifying, renewing, and upgrading memberships
- Scan merchandise accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Accept various forms of payments such as cash, check, and charge payments
- Provide high-quality customer service to members throughout all interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the frontline department
- Assist members with self-checkout operations and technical difficulties
- Uphold club policies, procedures, and GOLD club standards on a daily basis
