Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shifts
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 30 lbs
- Able to follow company policies and procedures
- Basic math skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to engage customers and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service with persistence and perseverance
- Meet expectations of internal and external customers
- Build and maintain positive team relationships
- Communicate and enforce standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions, and food safety
- Ensure all goals related to Bottom of the Basket are met
- Participate in cashier training and follow policies including WIC, checks, liquor, and tobacco
- Follow procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellations, and saved recall transactions
- Manage personal cashier productivity
- Follow WIC compliance procedures
- Maintain front end presentation, cleaning, and organization
- Perform other store duties as needed
