We are currently seeking a Head Cashier to join our Front End team. This position is pivotal in delivering fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service to our customers at checkout. The Head Cashier not only processes transactions but also supervises and supports Cashiers to ensure efficiency and adherence to store policies. Responsibilities include managing price checks, approving sales transactions and markdowns, and overseeing various service areas such as Self-Checkout, Returns, the Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental. The Head Cashier acts as the first escalation point for customer issues and plays an essential role in coaching and training new Cashiers to maintain high standards of service. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in cashiering, demonstrating their ability to handle multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
