Job Requirements

At least sixteen (16) years old
ability to remain standing for long periods
ability to move throughout the store
ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
ability to interact positively and respectfully
comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
follow company policies and Standard Operating Procedures
willing to be cross trained in Custom Framing

Job Qualifications

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
execute cash handling to standards
engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
assist with omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
support shrink and safety programs
adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs
interact respectfully with customers and team members
cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
other duties as assigned
