Job Requirements

  • At least sixteen (16) years old
  • ability to remain standing for long periods
  • ability to move throughout the store
  • ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
  • ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • ability to interact positively and respectfully
  • comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
  • follow company policies and Standard Operating Procedures
  • willing to be cross trained in Custom Framing

Job Qualifications

  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
  • provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
  • execute cash handling to standards
  • engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
  • educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
  • assist with omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
  • participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
  • complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
  • perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
  • support shrink and safety programs
  • adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs
  • interact respectfully with customers and team members
  • cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
  • other duties as assigned
