Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Customer service experience
- Potential travel to other stores for support
- Ability to lift 20-50 pounds occasionally and 10-25 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Job Duties
- Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner
- Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase
- Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations
- Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company's safety processes
- Act and work in a manner consistent with the company's core values
- Process customers at checkout using the point of sale (POS) system
- Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines
