Responsibilities include operating point-of-sale (POS) systems for cash and fuel transactions, processing various payment methods including credit cards and vendor check-ins, and adhering strictly to laws regarding alcohol, tobacco, and lottery sales. Employees are expected to actively promote sales initiatives through suggestive selling and engagement in promotional campaigns to meet sales targets. A crucial part of the role is to maintain store cleanliness including sweeping, mopping, stocking shelves, and managing waste disposal, alongside managing inventory freshness by inspecting perishable products for quality control. Those working during Barista shifts will also prepare hot food items, brew coffee, replenish condiment bars, and manage product thawing to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

The candidate will also be responsible for adhering to safety protocols, including theft and violence prevention measures. Participating in team-building activities and contributing to a positive work environment are prioritized. Special attention is given to equipment maintenance and hygiene, requiring regular cleaning of equipment and surfaces both inside and outside the store.
