Job Duties
- Greeting all customers as they enter the store and ensuring they enjoy the best shopping experience possible
- Completing all transactions quickly and accurately
- Offering the Protection Plan on all eligible products and promoting the company credit card on all customer transactions with incentive pay
- Assisting team members by putting away products, executing price changes, and performing other supportive tasks
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude to contribute to a winning team culture
- Handling customer inquiries and providing advice about tools and equipment
- Ensuring the checkout area is neat, organized, and fully stocked
