Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding store and individual goals
Achieve or exceed all established goals including sales, hourly productivity, average dollar sale (ADS), units per transaction (UPT), conversion, charge accounts, and brand-specific KPIs
Utilize selling skills and customer service standards from company training programs
Develop and maintain relationships with customers through friendly attitude and excellent service
Participate actively in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
Maintain company standards for appearance, performance, knowledge, and grooming
Handle multiple customers and projects, including timely printing of merchandise tags
Communicate customer merchandise needs to Store Management
Ensure consistent merchandise control and maintain cash wrap daily
Demonstrate professionalism in customer interactions and telephone handling
