Job Requirements

be at least 18 years of age
have a high school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
demonstrate outgoing and friendly behavior
possess ability to operate front end equipment
be dependable and reliable with flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
have good communication skills
be able to perform repetitious activities
have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized
be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
use both hands to move grocery carts requiring force up to 35 lbs
strong attention to detail
proficient in cash handling and mathematics
ability to read, write and count

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

process customer orders accurately and efficiently
handle cash, credit, and debit payments
provide friendly and prompt customer service
resolve customer complaints and provide information
maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
assist with stocking shelves, facing, and dusting
communicate effectively with front end manager and Head Cashier
