Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
Ability to operate front end equipment
Dependable and reliable with flexible availability
Good communication skills
Ability to perform repetitive activities and multitask
Ability to lift/carry products weighing up to 30 lbs
Ability to push grocery carts with a force up to 35 lbs
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency with numbers
Ability to read, write and count

Job Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
Outgoing and friendly behavior with a positive attitude
Ability to operate front end equipment including register, calculator, and scanner
Dependable and reliable with the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
Good communication skills and ability to participate in a team environment
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, multitask, prioritize and stay organized
Proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills
Ability to read, write and count

Job Duties

Process each customer’s order quickly, accurately, and efficiently
Handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change accurately
Provide information to customers and resolve their complaints
Follow all front end procedures
Assist with stocking shelves, facing and dusting
Maintain knowledge of weekly ad items and product locations
Ensure checkout areas are clean and orderly
