Job Requirements

Have high school diploma or equivalent
Have 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
Be dependable and reliable
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to perform repetitive activities
Ability to lift/carry product weighing up to 30 lbs
Use both hands to move grocery carts requiring force up to 35 lbs
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in cash handling
Ability to read, write, and count

Job Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Have 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
Demonstrate outgoing and friendly behavior
Show positive attitude and ability to interact with customers
Ability to operate front-end equipment such as register, calculator, and scanner
Good communication skills
Ability to take direction, constructive criticism, and work in a team environment
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
Strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers
Proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills

Job Duties

Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
Handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and give correct change
Assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints
Follow all front-end procedures
Assist with stocking shelves, facing, and dusting as needed
Maintain checkout areas clean and orderly
Communicate effectively with front-end management and head cashier
