Job Duties

  • Operate the Square payment system to process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • issue receipts, handle refunds or exchanges, and balance the cash register with end-of-day reports
  • greet guests with a haunting smile, offering friendly yet mysterious assistance
  • answer questions about the attraction, pricing, and special offers, and resolve concerns or complaints professionally
  • promote and sell add-ons, exclusive merchandise, and experience upgrades
  • inform guests about bundle deals and special promotions
  • monitor merchandise stock levels, report low inventory to management, assist in restocking shelves
  • participate in regular inventory counts
  • assist in managing the queue line and maintaining efficient guest flow
  • support ticketing issues and questions
  • take direction from supervisors and adapt to operational changes
  • communicate effectively and collaborate with team members for seamless operations and safety
