Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or foodservice preferred
  • ability to stand and walk 100 percent of the time
  • ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs and frequently lift up to 20 lbs
  • availability to work evening and weekend shifts
  • adherence to dress code and hygiene standards
  • ability to follow attendance and call-off procedures
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Acknowledge the presence of guests immediately with a friendly greeting
  • utilize tools provided to stay organized
  • learn menu and daily specials and maintain close communication with management
  • bus tables and maintain cleanliness
  • restock and organize areas surrounding checkout counters
  • handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies
  • accurately make change, maintain proper transaction counts, balance cash drawer, and reconcile cash drawer after each meal
  • follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • follow cleaning schedules using clean as you go techniques
  • follow company attendance policy
  • maintain proper uniform and personal hygiene
  • follow guest satisfaction procedures and hospitality imperatives
  • work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed
