Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or foodservice preferred
ability to stand and walk 100 percent of the time
ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs and frequently lift up to 20 lbs
availability to work evening and weekend shifts
adherence to dress code and hygiene standards
ability to follow attendance and call-off procedures
legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

Acknowledge the presence of guests immediately with a friendly greeting
utilize tools provided to stay organized
learn menu and daily specials and maintain close communication with management
bus tables and maintain cleanliness
restock and organize areas surrounding checkout counters
handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies
accurately make change, maintain proper transaction counts, balance cash drawer, and reconcile cash drawer after each meal
follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
follow cleaning schedules using clean as you go techniques
follow company attendance policy
maintain proper uniform and personal hygiene
follow guest satisfaction procedures and hospitality imperatives
work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed
