One year of food service experience preferred

Job Duties

Handle cash and credit transactions from customers
Operate a cash register including receiving payment of cash, making change, and issuing receipts or tickets
Ring proper PLU codes accurately for sale items and/or perform accurate bar-code scanning
Maintain cash security at all times
Assist in locating, reconciling, and verifying transaction accuracy
Operate peripheral equipment supporting non-cash transactions
Prepare the dining area before meals and clean after meals including wiping tables, vacuuming floors, and cleaning chairs
Set up and stock beverage areas, grab-and-go items, service ware, and condiments
Clean and sanitize workstations
Brew coffee and tea
Restock beverage areas
Interact with customers in serving and dining areas delivering high-quality service
Follow cash-handling policies and procedures
Comply with HACCP and company safety policies
Perform all other duties as assigned
