Job Requirements
- Experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred
- Food handler certification required
- Strong cash handling skills

Job Duties
- Act with integrity honesty and knowledge that promote the culture values and mission of Wingstop
- Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner whether by phone or in person
- Place orders for guests in-person and over the phone
- upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions along with new items and promotions
- Be knowledgeable on menu offerings sauce descriptions and promotions to better assist guests in making order recommendations and answering questions
- Monitor that all orders are ready within quoted guest order readiness times
- Verify the accuracy and presentation of all guest orders before delivery to guests to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Strong cash handling skills to accurately process cash credit card and gift card transactions and balance of register at end of shift
- Assist in maintaining a clean workplace keep front of house clean and stocked including restrooms
- Restock products during periods of downtime or as directed
- Practice safe food handling procedures by following all safety and sanitation guidelines promote safety in the workplace
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance according to the companys Uniform Standards
- Receive and handle complaints from guests and guide the manager on duty if a problem requires escalation
- Leave guests with a long-lasting and positive impression of their WINGSTOP experience
