- cashier experience preferred
- customer service experience preferred
- standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds and climbing

Job Duties
- Project a positive representation
- greet customers entering and throughout the store
- thank customers by name when possible when they leave
- project a friendly and outgoing demeanor
- clear customer checkout lines quickly and efficiently
- answer and monitor calls and pages promptly and courteously
- communicate issues requiring management assistance
- build product knowledge and assist customers with store layout
- assist in pricing, stocking, marking, and bagging merchandise
- follow all cash register transaction procedures
- balance register drawer
- implement programs and promotions at registers
- participate in store and cashier meetings
- keep front end and checkout areas neat and clean
- assist with stocking and facing impulse counters
- rotate fresh merchandise seasonally
- ensure forms and supplies are stocked
- assist with decorating the front end
- call for cart pickups when necessary
- inform management when merchandise returns need put away
- perform all other assigned duties
