Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
Ability to stand and walk 100 percent of the time
Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
Willingness to work in a team environment
Availability to work flexible shifts
Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

Acknowledge the presence of guests immediately with a friendly greeting
Utilize tools provided to stay organized and learn menu and daily specials
Bus tables and help maintain cleanliness
Restock and organize areas surrounding the check-out counters
Handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies including cash, meal plan or swipe, and Cater Trax orders
Accurately make change for cash-paying guests, maintain proper counts of all transactions, balance cash drawer at all times, and reconcile after every meal
Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
Follow attendance policy including arriving timely and following call-off procedures
Follow uniform dress code and maintain personal hygiene
Follow all guest satisfaction procedures and hospitality imperatives
Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed
