Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk 100 percent of the time
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Acknowledge the presence of guests immediately with a friendly greeting
  • Utilize tools provided to stay organized and learn menu and daily specials
  • Bus tables and help maintain cleanliness
  • Restock and organize areas surrounding the check-out counters
  • Handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies including cash, meal plan or swipe, and Cater Trax orders
  • Accurately make change for cash-paying guests, maintain proper counts of all transactions, balance cash drawer at all times, and reconcile after every meal
  • Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
  • Follow attendance policy including arriving timely and following call-off procedures
  • Follow uniform dress code and maintain personal hygiene
  • Follow all guest satisfaction procedures and hospitality imperatives
  • Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed
