Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- ability to follow food handler and sanitation regulations
- availability to work flexible schedules including early morning to late night shifts Monday through Saturday
- capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- willingness to assist other departments as needed
Job Qualifications
- at least 1 year of customer service or serving experience preferred
- attentiveness to local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation compliance
- flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings and late evenings
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- positive and proactive attitude
Job Duties
- actively listen to guests and suggest meal and gift items to first-time and returning customers
- work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- learn from mistakes and continuously improve performance
- proactively assist other departments when needed
- comply with food handling and sanitation regulations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of front of house areas
- provide friendly and professional customer service
