Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of cashier experience for Head Cashier position
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide fast, friendly, accurate and safe service to customers
  • Process checkout and return transactions efficiently
  • Monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
  • Position cashiers and support price checks and point of sale approvals
  • Approve markdowns and transactions at various service points
  • Handle first-level escalation for customer service issues
  • Assist in training and coaching front end associates
