Job Requirements
- Must obtain State Food Handler certification within 60 days of hire
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
- willingness to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must have basic math skills to handle cash and make change
- must be able to maintain cleanliness and follow health and safety protocols

- ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- less than high school education, GED or high school degree preferred

Job Duties
- Greets customers with a positive and friendly attitude
- enters orders into POS system, uses suggestive selling of food products to customers, receives payment (cash and credit card), makes change and maintains cash drawer
- presents orders to guests and ensures accuracy of order
- assists with ordering filling as needed
- reads monitor to identify products that need to be prepared
- notifies cook of special orders, shortages and needs
- minor food preparation, stocking of supplies, cleaning of dining room tables and restrooms, sweeping, mopping, discarding of trash and filling ice bins
- sets up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment as needed
- communicates with customers, team members and managers in a positive and professional manner
- maintains cleanliness on the service counter and order presentation counter
- maintains cleanliness, organization, and rotation of the display cooler
- observes health and sanitation guidelines and follows established procedures to meet high standards of cleanliness, health & safety protocols
- maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and takes ownership of area
- looks for opportunities to assist fellow team members in an enthusiastic manner
- other duties as assigned
- must be willing to work variable schedules. Evenings, weekends, holidays
