Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • must be 18 years or older
  • food handler's certificate required
  • ServeSafe certification obtainable through internal training
  • pass a background check and drug screen
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • strong communication skills
  • friendly and service-minded attitude

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist students, faculty, and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • operate a POS system including registers, scanners, and card terminals
  • accurately handle cash, cards, refunds, and exchanges
  • keep your station and dining area clean and organized
  • help restock grab-and-go items and assist with light food prep
  • maintain transaction records and complete daily cash reports
  • step in to support the team with additional duties as needed
