Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous cash handling experience preferred
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- ability to comply with sanitation and safety standards
- willing to learn and receive training
- reliable transportation for location access
Job Qualifications
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
- knowledge of cash register operations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- understanding of sanitation and safety standards
Job Duties
- Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion
- enters all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded
- makes change, accepts declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment
- issues receipts to customers
- follows standard procedures for issuing cash refunds
- interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts ensuring that cash drawer is in compliance with overage/shortage standards
