Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- Ability to operate front end equipment
- Be dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to take direction and participate in a team environment
- Ability to perform repetitious activities and multi-task
- Must lift/carry product weighing up to 30 lbs for short distances
- Must use both hands to move grocery carts requiring up to 35 lbs of force for short distances
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers
- Proficient in cash handling, mathematical skills, ability to read, write and count
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- Demonstrate outgoing and friendly behavior
- Exhibit a positive attitude and strong customer interaction skills
- Ability to operate front end equipment including register, calculator, and scanner
- Good communication skills
- Ability to take direction and participate in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized
Job Duties
- Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and provide change
- Assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints
- Follow all front-end procedures
- Assist with stocking shelves, facing, and dusting
- Maintain checkout areas in a clean and orderly condition
- Communicate effectively with front-end manager and Head Cashier
