Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in dining or customer service roles preferred
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
  • Adherence to company policies on attendance, dress code, and hygiene
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties

  • Acknowledge the presence of our guests immediately with a friendly greeting
  • Utilize the tools provided to stay organized, learn menu and daily specials, keeping in close communication with management
  • Bus tables and help maintain cleanliness
  • Restock and organize areas surrounding the check out counters
  • Handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies, including cash, meal plan or swipe, and Cater Trax orders
  • Accurately make change for all cash-paying guests, maintain proper counts of all transactions, maintain accurate balance in cash drawer at all times, and reconcile cash drawer after every meal
  • Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
  • Follow company attendance policy including arriving timely, calling off properly, and maintaining attendance record
  • Follow uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
  • Follow all guest satisfaction procedures and hospitality imperatives
  • Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed
