Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in dining or customer service roles preferred
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
Adherence to company policies on attendance, dress code, and hygiene
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Strong communication skills
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Duties

Acknowledge the presence of our guests immediately with a friendly greeting
Utilize the tools provided to stay organized, learn menu and daily specials, keeping in close communication with management
Bus tables and help maintain cleanliness
Restock and organize areas surrounding the check out counters
Handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies, including cash, meal plan or swipe, and Cater Trax orders
Accurately make change for all cash-paying guests, maintain proper counts of all transactions, maintain accurate balance in cash drawer at all times, and reconcile cash drawer after every meal
Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
Follow company attendance policy including arriving timely, calling off properly, and maintaining attendance record
Follow uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
Follow all guest satisfaction procedures and hospitality imperatives
Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed
